What we do

Websites for the businesses that keep a town going.

REBO Design builds bespoke websites for Irish small businesses, starting in Galway and Sligo. Cafés, restaurants, salons, trades, guesthouses, gyms and shops.

Every site is designed around your business, not squeezed into a template. It looks right on a phone, loads fast and shows up when locals and visitors search for what you do. Then it's handed over to you, outright.

  • More bookings, calls and walk-ins
  • Fast and easy to use on any phone
  • Set up to show on Google for local searches
  • Owned by you, with no monthly fee to us

Sound familiar?

Most small business websites come with strings attached.

  • The monthly fee that never ends

You pay for the build, then keep paying every month to keep it online. After a few years you've paid for it many times over.

  • DIY builders that look DIY

Drag-and-drop templates take your evenings and still look like a template. Customers notice, especially on their phones.

  • A site held hostage

The person who built it holds the domain and the logins. When they go quiet, so does your website.

Who we build for

Built around how your customers find you.

Every business gets found differently. Your site is designed around the one thing you most want visitors to do.

  • Cafés & restaurants

Menus, opening hours and table bookings, one tap away.

  • Trades

Tap-to-call, quote requests and the areas you cover.

  • Salons & barbers

Online booking, a clear price list and your best work.

  • Guesthouses & B&Bs

Rooms, photos and direct bookings without the commission.

  • Gyms & studios

Timetables, memberships and a free trial sign-up.

  • Local shops

What you stock, where you are and when you're open.

How it works

Four steps. Then it's yours.

No contracts and no lock-in. The finished site is a folder of files that goes straight into your own hosting account, with you on the call.

  1. 1

    Free homepage mockup

Tell us about your business. Within 7 days we send a mockup of your homepage, designed for you. No cost, no commitment. If you don't like it, you walk away.

  2. 2

    We build it

Once you're happy to go ahead, you get a working first draft within 72 hours of payment. We register the domain in your name and set up a free hosting account that belongs to you.

  3. 3

    30-minute launch call

The finished site arrives as a folder. On a short guided call, you drag it into your own Netlify account and it goes live. That's the whole launch.

  4. 4

    It's yours

Domain, hosting and files are in your name. Nothing ever needs transferring, because it was never ours. Free fixes for 14 days, then only pay if you want changes.

A co-operative approach

Built together, not handed down.

The best small business websites come from both sides working as one team. You know your business and your customers. We know how to turn that into a site that works.

  • You bring

    The knowledge

What makes your business different, the questions customers always ask, your photos, prices and opening hours.

  • We bring

    The design and the build

Layout, writing help, photography advice, Google set-up and the technical side, done properly.

  • Together

    A site you're proud of

You see every stage, give feedback and sign off before anything goes live. No surprises, and nothing you didn't agree to.

What you get

Everything a local business needs. Nothing it doesn't.

  • Designed for phones first

Most of your customers will find you on a phone. It's built for that screen first, then scaled up.

  • Fast loading

Clean, lightweight code with no heavy page builder slowing it down.

  • Google basics done right

Page titles, descriptions, local business details and your Google Business Profile linked up.

  • Contact form

Enquiries land straight in your inbox, with spam filtering included.

  • Tap-to-call

One tap from a phone and they're ringing you. The shortest route to a booking.

  • Map & directions

A map that opens in their phone's navigation app, straight to your door.

  • Opening hours

Clear, easy to find, and simple to update for bank holidays.

  • Handover guide

A plain-English guide to your accounts, your files and how to get changes made.

  • 14 days of free fixes

Spot something after launch? We fix it, free, for two weeks.

Built for phones first

Most customers meet you on a phone. Make it count.

Someone searching "café near me" or "electrician Sligo" decides in seconds. Your site puts the answer right in front of them.

  • Call, book or get directions in one tap
  • Opening hours and prices up front
  • Text that's easy to read, buttons easy to hit
  • Quick to load, even on patchy coverage

Be found by visitors

Put your business on the map for the Wild Atlantic Way.

Every year, visitors drive the west coast looking for somewhere to eat, stay, shop or get help. They search on their phones, often in the moment. If your website answers them quickly, they come to you.

  • Google Business Profile and Maps details set up properly
  • Clear opening hours, including seasonal hours
  • Directions, parking and prices visitors can trust
  • Phone numbers that work from abroad in one tap
  • Seasonal pages for summer menus, events and offers

Does it pay for itself?

A website you pay for once, that keeps earning.

A €995 site is paid back by a small number of extra customers. After that, every booking, call or walk-in it brings is yours, with no monthly fee to us eating into it.

  • Guesthouse or B&B

    1 night a week

Every room booked direct instead of through a booking site keeps around €16 of commission on a €110 night. About 60 direct nights covers the site.

  • Café

    3 customers a week

On an €11 spend you keep about €7 after costs. Around 140 extra customers in a year covers the site.

  • Restaurant or pub

    1 table a month

At €30 a head you keep about €20 after food costs. One extra table of four a month covers the site in a year.

  • Trades

    7 jobs

If a typical job leaves you €150 profit, seven extra jobs from Google enquiries covers the site.

Work it out for your business

56 extra customers pays for your website. That's about 1 a week for one year.

Rough figures for illustration only. Every business is different, so try your own numbers above.

Pricing

One price. Paid once.

No monthly fee to us. Ever. The final price depends on the detail and scope of your site, and you get a fixed quote before any work starts. Your only running costs are your domain, usually under €40 a year, and hosting, which is free on Netlify's starter plan for most small business sites.

About

Built by an engineer. Explained in plain English.

Robert Reynolds, founder

REBO Design is run by Robert Reynolds, an engineer based in the west of Ireland. Robert's background is mechanical commissioning on large data centre projects, where everything is tested, documented and handed over properly before anyone calls it finished.

We build websites the same way: a clear plan, tidy work and a proper handover, so you're never left wondering who has the keys. The answer is always you. You deal with Robert directly, from the first mockup to the launch call.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Anything else? Ring +353 87 919 4408 or email design@reboengineering.ie.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. We set everything up and walk you through the launch on a 30-minute call. If you can drag a folder from one window to another, you can launch your website.

What does it cost to keep?

Nothing to us. You pay for your domain directly to the registrar, usually under €40 a year. Hosting is free on Netlify's starter plan for most small business sites, and the account is in your name.

What if I want changes?

Fixes are free for the first 14 days after launch. After that, small changes like text, prices, hours or a photo swap are €50, and bigger changes are €150, always agreed before any work starts. Seasonal pages and sales are €150 each. Or ask any web developer you like: the files are plain and well organised.

Can I update the site myself?

The site is kept deliberately simple so there's nothing to log into, update or break. Send us your changes and we'll make them, or use any developer you like. Small updates like new prices or holiday hours are €50. For seasonal menus, events and offers, our €150 seasonal page service keeps it quick and affordable.

What are the NFC review cards?

Small cards for your counter, tables or rooms. A customer taps their phone on the card and it opens your Google review page, so leaving a review takes seconds. There's a QR code on the back for older phones. We set them up for your business and post them to you. They cost €25 each, or 3 for €59, and you can order them with or without a website.

What if you disappear?

Your website keeps running. The domain, hosting and files are all in your name, so nothing depends on us. Your handover guide explains where everything is, and any developer can pick up the work.

Can I leave?

There's nothing to leave. No contract, no retainer, no notice period. You already own it all.

How long does it take?

The free mockup arrives within 7 days. Once you go ahead, you'll have a working first draft within 72 hours of payment. From there, launch day depends mostly on how quickly we get your photos, text and feedback, which is why we work on it together.
